Come see our latest upgrades to to the interior of the room!  Elegant chandeliers are permanently installed, a bridal room is now available, new floors have been installed (More photos to be posted soon) and the room has been changed to a more modern look.  


Callaghan Ballroom has become a favorite in San Antonio for Quinceaneras, Sweet 16's, Wedding Receptions and Anniversaries. This venue is ideal for those expecting up to 460 guests.  Our stage is large enough for a DJ or band, and our dance floor is more than ample to allow guests to get their "boogy" on.


Renters are permitted to bring catered food or can provide food themselves.  One keg of beer is allowed to be served, and guests are also permitted to bring in their own liquor.​


Our staff is prepared to cover all guest tables at our expense with a plastic liner if renters want something simple, or renters may choose to hire a linen service to cover guest tables and chairs.  The choice is primarily based on ones preference and budget.
