Unique Ballroom has been our most popular banquet hall because of it's round tables, large dance floor and midsize capacity.  This reception hall is wonderful for Wedding receptions, Quinceaneras, Sweet 16's, Anniversary parties, and any other social event.  We can seat up to 400 guests; however the room can accomodate up to as many as 500 guests.  Our medium size stage can accommodate a small band or DJ, and our dance floor is very spacious.

Renters are permitted to bring catered food or can provide food themselves.  One keg of beer is allowed to be served and guests are also permitted to bring in their own liquor.

Renters may choose to cover guest tables with a plastic liner if renters want something simple, or renters may choose to hire a linen service to cover guest tables and chairs.  The choice is primarily based on ones preference and budget.
